Chef Zhou of "臻" officially established his own brand in 2017. In the past two years, he has launched carefully crafted mini puff pastry custard mooncakes and New Year cakes, with very satisfactory sales results. It has also been reported and promoted by the media, allowing many former customers to taste Chef Zhou's carefully crafted delicacies again.
